Technical purpose SMAPOL® – additive for mineral–asphalt mixtures SMAPOL® is used for: preventing segregation, delamination, and binder drain-off; providing dispersed reinforcement of the MMA structure, particularly in mixtures with an increased binder content (e.g., SMA, MA); reducing binder consumption while achieving improved strength, water and frost resistance, and deformation resistance, compared to cellulose fiber-based additives. Typical applications include road surfaces such as highways, urban streets, airports, parking lots, driveways, and pavements in all road–climatic zones. The recommended dosage is typically 0.2– 0.6% of the mineral aggregate mass (equivalent to 2–6 kg per tonne), depending on the binder type and aggregate grading. Recykl Organizacja Odzysku S.A.
